Dassault Falcon Service has expanded its maintenance facility at Paris Le Bourget Airport. The 10-month project has resulted in the addition of 41,000 sq ft of hangar space to accommodate four Falcon 7Xs or seven Falcon 900s simultaneously, and another 9,000 sq ft of office and warehouse space. The hangar design required more than 900 tons of steel to build, but eliminating the need for pillars and integrating a wide door increased the number of aircraft that can be accommodated at the same time. The French service center is part of the Dassault Aircraft Services network, which also supports the Falcon business jet fleet with facilities in Wilmington, Del., and Little Rock, Ark.
