Superjet International–the marketing, customization and customer support arm for the Sukhoi Superjet 100–announced the opening last month of its Russian branch in Moscow.

The Russian branch will serve as SJI’s “frontline” base for technical support, material support and logistics, training for all categories of customer personnel and all the needed commercial services for customers in different regions of the world.
The company stresses that the office’s close proximity to Sukhoi Civil Aircraft Company places the team in an excellent position to endure timely provisions of all required support solutions by EIS.

The company has recruited former SCAC executive Dmitry Mirgorodsky to manage the branch.
