Hot Section: Western Aircraft touts new interior design capability

Boise, Idaho’s Western Aircraft has opened a 10,000-sq-ft interior shop specializing in major interior refurbishments for large business jets and turbo- props. “We do everything from interior design through completion, including cabinetry and soft goods,” said vice president Ken Hawk. The company is also an FAA-certified repair station and parts and avionics distributor for Dassault Falcon, Pilatus, Hawker Beechcraft, Honeywell and Collins with a 4,800 line-item inventory exceeding $9 million.
