Bombardier has confirmed that ExecuJet Aviation no longer holds exclusive sales representation for its new business aircraft. According to a Bombardier spokesperson, the two companies terminated the exclusivity arrangement effective June 30, 2009, by mutual agreement, “to allow for more flexibility given the evolution of the respective businesses and the market.” ExecuJet is now free to sell new business aircraft made by other manufacturers, but it will continue to operate authorized service centers for Bombardier worldwide.
