For the second year in a row, Dassault Falcon is hosting a series of regional maintenance and operations (M&O) seminars around the world. “Last year’s seminars received a 98-percent approval rating among the 700 operators who attended,” said senior v-p of worldwide customer service Jacques Chauvet. “That was the main driver to bring the maintenance and operations seminar series to the customers for our second consecutive year.”
The one-day M&O sessions allow customers to interact with aircraft model and support specialists as well as authorized service center, vendor and partner personnel. “This year again,” said Frank Youngkin, v-p of customer service, “we’ve worked closely with our operator advisory board to ensure maximum value for all attendees and also took into account customer feedback from our seminar series in 2009.” Topics to be covered include customer service issues, engineering support initiatives, troubleshooting and product reliability.
