Arrindell Aviation continues customer service training

For the fourth year in a row, Arrindell Aviation Services, an FBO at St. Maarten in the Netherland Antilles, has provided customer service training for its employees. The training was provided by Arizona-based It’s All About Attitude. Key elements of the training include Arrindell’s vision, how to win and keep customers, communication, motivation and recognition. “In this challenging economy,” said training company owner Pam Harlow, “it is a credit to [Frank] Arrindell and his management team to allot the time and recognition to the employees for this training.”
