The SilverWing at Sandpoint luxury residential community at Sandpoint Municipal Airport in Idaho is progressing, with completion of the first model unit and several lots and a shell building in escrow. The 18-acre development has direct access to Sandpoint Airport.

Buyers of the 44 lots on the property can choose from seven available designs for taxiway homes with hangars on the ground floor and unfinished spaces on
the top floor ready for build-out. Buyers can also design their own homes, as
long as the design meets the SilverWing requirements. All lots are on fee-simple land, and buyers share a 10,000-sq-ft community common area with a recreation center, pool, spa and exercise room. SilverWing also operates the FBO at the airport.
