In continuing its plan to refresh its FBO locations, Atlantic Aviation completed a $1.5 million total remodel of its Casper, Wyo. site last month. The lone services provider at Casper/Natrona County International Airport, Atlantic’s newly completed facility reflects the airport’s history and the Western heritage; as with the company’s other recent renovations, the remodel makes extensive use of natural materials on the interior. It includes a fireplace, Internet café, A/V-equipped conference room, coffee bar and Wi-Fi availability throughout the facility. The FBO is staffed from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. Monday through Friday and from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. on weekends, with callout service at other times. U.S. Customs is available 24/7, and the location also offers maintenance service.

The service provider broke ground at the end of June on a $9 million expansion and upgrade of its Reno-Tahoe International Airport location. The project calls for tear-down of its existing facility, to be replaced by a 13,000-sq-ft two-story natural stone- and wood-clad terminal with an attached 29,800-sq-ft hangar capable of sheltering the latest ultra-long-range aircraft. The new facility, slated for completion next spring, will feature five passenger seating areas, an Internet café in the pilot’s lounge and private work areas for passengers, along with two A/V-equipped conference rooms and a coffee bar.
