If romance is high on the list of interior design, Townsend Leather has a perfect idea: a new lace weave pattern. “In fashion, lace gives a romantic feel to any outfit, so why not do the same for your [aircraft] interior?” asks the company.

It’s not a true weave, but an embossing pattern that allows availability of full hides. For most part the tones are dark neutrals; new patterns use some different colors.

At the NBAA Convention later this month, Townsend plans to introduce a new line of pastel cream colors, and also expects to feature a new pattern on an upholstered seat done in Orlando by Studio Vizto.
