Private-aviation catering provider Air Culinaire has augmented its Florida network with the establishment of another company-owned and -operated kitchen. The location, three miles from Miami International Airport (MIA), is the third in the Sunshine State for the Universal Weather & Aviation subsidiary. The new location will supply aircraft operating at Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International, Fort Lauderdale Executive, Opa-Locka Executive, Kendall-Tamiami Executive and MIA.
“Our new kitchen will provide fresh regional cuisine and familiar favorites to clients operating to Miami for major events or operating to and from the United States and the Caribbean,” said Paul Schweitzer, the company’s senior vice president for sales and marketing, adding that the location of the new kitchen will better enable Air Culinaire to accommodate last-minute requests and schedule changes.
Air Culinaire operates 15 kitchens in the U.S. and four in Europe.
