Hallmark Jet Center at San Antonio International Airport recently completed a $2.2 million expansion to its terminal building and ramp space. The taxiway and ramp are now stressed to bear Group 4, transport-category aircraft and the ramp can accommodate up to five such aircraft, including Boeing Business Jets and Airbus Corporate Jetliners. Hangars can store transient aircraft up to the size of a Falcon 900. Improvements to the terminal include a newly expanded lounge with home theater; renovated catering kitchen with FDA-approved refrigeration; pilots’ snooze room and showers; two separate passenger lounges suitable for private meetings; two conference rooms with kitchen facilities; and WSI flight planning and weather facilities with Internet connections. Hallmark has been in operation since 1995. The general manager at the facility is Park Jones.
