Atlanta-based SeaGil Software, a developer of aviation software since 1985, is demonstrating various features of its BART aviation management software at Booth No. 4234.
Focused on the aircraft charter and corporate aviation market, BART includes a variety of charter-specific features in its aircraft management and quoting functions.
BART Charter Resource Management (CRM) provides flexible add-ons and tax calculations for each managed aircraft, and allows separate passenger and ferry rates. BART CRM also allows charter operators to create aircraft marketing sheets for each aircraft and to quote by tail number or type. Fully integrated with BART CRM, BART Accounting streamlines the invoicing process by allowing users to import invoices without re-keying information.
Other BART modules provide features aimed directly at charter and corporate aviation pilots. BART Outlook adds flight details, such as passenger and crewmember names, FBO contacts and weather information, to daily flight schedules generated in Microsoft Outlook. BART Mobile allows pilots to access their flight schedules via Internet-enabled personal devices. BART Hosted allows pilots and dispatchers to connect to BART from anywhere via secure Internet-based access.
