ExecuJet Australia has been named by Embraer as the exclusive authorized executive jet service provider in Australia. ExecuJet last month began offering warranty, line and heavy maintenance services to all of Embraer’s Legacy 600 customers. The agreement also calls for ExecuJet to begin offering support to Phenom customers sometime this year. According to André de Castilho Silva, Embraer’s director of customer support and services-Asia Pacific, “The appointment of an authorized center in Australia marks the next step in the expansion of our Executive Jets support and service network in Asia Pacific. We have chosen to partner with ExecuJet in Australia because it offers comprehensive coverage in the country and will extend the high standard of quality we are committed to providing to our executive jet owners and operators.” The company also offers 24-hour AOG support for Embraer executive jets based in Australia and traveling through the region, out of its Melbourne service center, complemented by its Sydney and Brisbane maintenance bases. The appointment coincides with the delivery of the first Legacy 600 executive jet in Australia late last year.
