Airbus Corporate Jet Centre (ACJC) has selected the aircraft maintenance and engineering system (Amos) to manage its maintenance services. Amos is an integrated maintenance management system developed by Swiss Aviation Software. “We have selected Amos for our airworthiness engineering VIP Pass offer because this application offers us and our customers great performance, high standards, an intuitive ergonomic interface and a competitive cost of ownership,” said Fabio Beretta, head of customer support and services. VIP Pass is a package of customized services recently launched by ACJC that includes cabin upgrades and refurbishment, airframe maintenance, cabin and airframe spares and full engine support. “Amos is a leader in off-the-shelf maintenance information systems (MIS) for the airline industry, but such high-end products are not easily accessible to ACJ operators and owners since they require an IT infrastructure and specific operating knowledge.” Under the VIP Pass program ACJC takes care of the IT infrastructure and installation and configuration of Amos. The new MIS installation is in the final phase and VIP Pass airworthiness engineering service will be available this spring.
