Saudi Arabia-based Nexus Flight Operations Services formed a new partnership with U.S.-based customer service experts ServiceElements International (SEI) to expand its training programs in the Middle East and Africa. Under the partnership, the companies will offer training courses in organizational resource management and other related topics which focus on the human elements and issues within the aviation and aerospace industries. Nexus–which provides trip planning, flight dispatch, crew and aircraft scheduling and planning automated solutions, security, maintenance management and global concierge services–also has a training partnership with FlightSafety International.
