Signature Flight Support has launched its customer portal–My Signature–to give customers 24-hour access to their personalized service profile. My Signature allows operators to create and update a profile that includes service preferences, aircraft and engine information and the ability to view and reprint fuel purchase receipts. Customers can also check current fuel pricing, where applicable. In addition, they can book preferred hotel rates in cities where Signature FBOs are located and take advantage of discounted rates in other cities with Signature’s HotelTrak-powered booking program.
