Garmin Launches G5000 Avionics Retrofit for Beechjets
Garmin launched a G5000 avionics modernization program for the Beechjet 400A/Hawker 400XP that includes three landscape-oriented, 12-inch LCD flight displays and two touchscreen display/controllers. Targeted for FAA STC approval in 2015, Garmin estimates that the glass cockpit retrofit will cost between $450,000 and $500,000 installed. (Photo: Garmin)
