Special Olympics Airlift:
Some 105 Citation flights arrived at Mercer County Airport, carrying approximately 700 athletes, coaches and family members.
Whelen Engineering’s Sovereign, callsign “Dove One,” was the first of the 105 participating aircraft to land at Trenton Mercer, transporting athletes from Columbus, Ohio, to the games, which ran from June 14 to 21.
