CBP Returns Seized King Air, but Questions Persist

The U.S. Customs and Border Protection recently returned a seized King Air A90 to operator American Jet Charter. The agency held the aircraft for 72 days after seizing it when it claimed the company was using it to smuggle illegal aliens into the country.
