Turkeys Take Flight To Feed Needy Families
DC-3 used for the charity turkey delivery previously flew missions in World War II and delivered supplies in the Berlin Airlift.
A vintage Douglas DC-3 delivered 250 turkeys to the Immokalee (Florida) Regional Airport on November 12 as part of the third annual Turkeys Take Flight.
