Headquartered in O’Fallon, Missouri, Avmats (Aviation Material & Technical Support) specializes in supporting mainly (but not only) business aircraft, particularly focusing on Dassault Falcon, Raytheon Hawker and Sabreliner models. The company services and supplies APUs, avionics, brakes, some engines, starters and generators, instruments, wheels and much more, to clients in the U.S. It also has a facility at Ringwood, England.

The UK operation has noticed growing business not only from within Europe but also from the Middle East. Its vice president Gary Simpson sees a steady growth in demand from operators such as TAG Aviation, while Falcon business is also growing. Maintaining a large inventory of overhaul exchange components enables the company to provide overnight replacement when downtime is critical.

Avmats is ISO 9000:2000 certified and all components are overhauled to factory specifications sat the company’s FAA-certified repair station. Its engine shop is an approved overhaul facility for General Electric CF700 and CJ610 engines and is also an FAA approved overhaul facility for Pratt & Whitney JT12 engines.
