Midcoast Aviation has delivered the first corporate Global 5000 to be completed outside Bombardier’s own factory completions center. The airplane features fore and aft lavatories, dual galleys, an electrically operated conference table and carbon-fiber trim throughout the 10-seat cabin. Midcoast installed the camel and gray interior with display monitors at six seats, two 18-inch bulkhead monitors and one motorized monitor that rises from a large credenza. Cabin entertainment extras include satellite tv, XM Satellite Radio, satcom and Airshow moving map. Based at St. Louis Downtown Airport in Missouri, Midcoast is in the process of completing a number of Global 5000s and Global Express XRS ultra-long-range jets.
