Wheels Down for Paris Show

Two of Signature Flight Support’s top managers in Europe will be making it to this year’s Paris Air Show on just two wheels to raise money for children’s charity Starlight Foundation. David Best (left), the FBO group’s managing director for Europe, the Middle East and Africa, will be cycling from London to Paris Le Bourget Airport, along with Steve Gulvin, Signature’s regional director for Europe and the Middle East. The intrepid pair plans to depart on June 13 and expect to arrive at the famous air show on June 16 or 17, “depending on tailwinds, fitness levels and navigational skills.”

Starlight Foundation brightens the lives of seriously and terminally ill children by granting special wishes and providing entertainment in hospitals. Anyone wishing to sponsor the cycle marathon can do so via the charity’s Web site at: https://secure.paradisii.net/Starlight/payment_details.asp (select: “Steve Gulvin/ David Best cycle ride”). Alternatively, the two cyclists can be contacted via Signature’s EBACE exhibit at Booth No. 921.
