Private Flight Global Adds Catering Feedback Tool

VIP catering management technology specialist Private Flight Global (Booth 3218) is adding a new tool to its web-based ordering system–customer feedback reporting. “Regrettable issues with pricing, selection, food quality, timeliness, presentation or any other situation,” the company noted, can be reported with accompanying photographs. The Flight Feedback Reporting feature also can be used to relay positive feedback. “Another function allows our customers to share internal comments, such as preferences of specific passengers, exclusively within their own organization,” according to COO Matt Pearl.
