NBAA 2011: Show Opening and Media Breakfast
A whole roster of aviation and political luminaries helped open the 64th edition of NBAA’s Annual Meeting and Convention at the event’s opening general session on Monday, October 10. On stage at the Las Vegas Convention center were NBAA president and CEO Ed Bolen onstage were U.S. Senator Joseph Manchin III (D-W.Va.), FAA Administrator Randy Babbitt, NTSB chairman Deborah Hersman, Dave Everitt, John Deere Agricultural and Turf Division president, and former U.S. Senate majority leader Bill Frist of Tennessee. The session was immediately preceded by the association’s annual media breakfast.
