Aviation maintenance training provider Northrup Rice USA is touting its so-called Total Training Management system here at Heli-Expo. Developed as an “integrated approach to training maintenance staff,” the system is focused on squeezing the maximum value out of money spent for training. The company has operated aviation maintenance training schools throughout the country for more than 30 years. The Total Training Management system can be used for all training-related functions including program development, assessment, classroom and online delivery, as well as scheduling, auditing and administration of the training program. It is customizable to each customer’s needs, according to Northrup Rice.
