Metro Aviation, a helicopter completion, repair and service center and air medical services provider based in Shreveport, La., yesterday afternoon at Booth No. 1015 announced inauguration of a customer satisfaction, quality control and product development system it calls the I-Three program–for imagination, innovation and integration. Toasting to its success are program partners (l to r) Mike Snowden, maintenance director; Don Crawford, aviation technician; and Eric Von Wenckstern, aviation director, Memorial Hermann Hospital Life Flight in Houston; Milton Geltz, Metro Aviation director of maintenance and completions manager; Jack Reichert, chief pilot, Texas Department of Public Safety; and Mike Stanberry, Metro Aviation president.
