As the use of night-vision goggles (NVG) becomes more prevalent, especially in EMS helicopter operations, the issue of cockpit instrument viewability is assuming greater importance. That’s why Shadin Avionics and Aero Dynamix (Booth No. 1634) have teamed to make Shadin’s fuel flow management indicators NVG-compatible.

Shadin (Booth No. 3230) has agreed to provide fuel flow indicators to Aero Dynamix, a Euless, Texas FAA-certified repair station that specializes in NVG modifications. Aero Dynamix will complete the modifications to the Shadin units, stock the systems and ship directly to avionics retrofit and completions centers for installation. All modifications are FAA-approved and fully documented.
