Uniflight, (Booth No. 1117) of Reading, Pa., an authorized Bell Helicopter (Booth No. 628) and American Eurocopter MRO provider, announced at Heli-Expo the launch of Uniflight Northeast, established to serve fleet operators in this region of the U.S. “The Northeast represents a terrific opportunity to extend the reach of the Uniflight brand, as it represents one of the single largest concentrations of turbine engine rotorcraft, not only in the country, but also in the world,” said Uniflight president James Loftin.

Rotorcraft veteran Steve Weinert has joined Uniflight Northeast as director of maintenance, and the company is now actively seeking new business and factory-trained mechanics and technical talent, particularly with experience on Eurocopter’s twin-engine EC135, EC145, BK117, BO105 and AS365, and Bell 407 and 430 helicopters.
