Rolls-Royce has secured another airline for its growing list of TotalCare maintenance contracts, this time with Thai Airways International in a deal covering its Trent 500 engines that power the carrier’s Airbus A340s. The 10-year agreement works on a dollar-fee-per-flying-hour basis. Rolls-Royce says that 80 percent of new Trent orders have included TotalCare deals.

Snecma Services will provide Italian low-cost airline Wind Jet with maintenance for its CFM56 engines under an exclusive time and material contract signed before the show. The deal provides for maintenance, repair and overhaul for engines powering Wind Jets’s Airbus A320 fleet.

Heico, with its subsidiary Seal Dynamics (Hall 2B Stand L14D), will not only sell PMA parts to British Airways but will manage the airline’s PMA parts buying activities.
