Switch Panels Are Now Programmable

Rockwell Collins recently announced a new line of software programmable switch panels that will provide business jet passengers with more user-friendly control over their cabin environment, while giving aircraft manufacturers “an efficient, standard part that serves a variety of applications.” The panels offer an icon-based means for business jet passengers to access and control a full range of cabin amenities and services. The new line of panels will be available next summer.
