J.A. Air Center, a Chicago-area FBO, will give away a Garmin GPSMAP 696 here at the NBAA Convention. Attendees can register at the company’s booth (No. 2613) during the show to win the portable navigator, valued at $3,295. J.A. Air Center, based at Aurora Municipal Airport, says the multi-function 696 represents the complete range of services the FBO offers customers.

“We provide the best arrival option for business aircraft traveling to and from Chicago,” claimed company president Brad Zeman.

With direct toll-way access to the Chicago Loop, Zeman said Aurora provides fast access to the downtown area, with few traffic delays in the air or on the ground. Given its advantages, the 40-year-old FBO believes travelers headed to the Chicago area shouldn’t need a GPS to find their way to J.A. Air Center, notwithstanding the GPS giveaway here.
