Jet Aviation’s St. Louis facility reorganized its MRO teams into airframe-specific support teams to better focus aircraft support and increase customer satisfaction. The new MRO structure has a lead manager for each of the major business aircraft product lines who is responsible for customer satisfaction, the quality of work and employee safety and satisfaction.

The business operations managers for the four teams are: Bob O’Leary, Hawker Beech/Falcon; Shawn Miller, Bombardier Global; Morris Smith, Gulfstream; and Vinnie Venditto, Bombardier Challenger.

In addition, hangars are also organized by product line and dedicated to a specific airframe, where all tools and support are being consolidated. Support functions were also added to each business unit, including a dedicated finance/billing professional, engineer, expediter and inspector.

“Having technical teams focused on specific aircraft benefits operators by placing the right resources at their disposal. Both our people and our facility are organized to best suit their needs,” said Jet Aviation St. Louis senior vice president and general manager Chuck Krugh. “This organizational adjustment will improve efficiencies and help us continue to meet our customers’ needs.”
