Aviation jobs listing service JSFirm reported record postings for aviation professionals last year, with more than 4,000 company members, 60,000 individual résumé members and an average of more than five million Web site hits per month, according to account manager Tonya Salatino. Web site activity has already climbed 10 percent this year, she added.

The FAA has issued a revision of Special Airworthiness Information Bulletin NM-08-27 to more accurately reflect information developed by the SAE G-12F catalytic oxidation of carbon brakes working group.
The European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) has granted Part 145 approval to Aerospace Welding Minneapolis, based in Eagan, Minn. The approval allows Aerospace Welding to export overhauled and repaired parts such as exhaust systems and engine mounts to customers located in any country that is a member of EASA.
Dallas Airmotive, a BBA Aviation Engine Repair and Overhaul (ERO) company, has moved its Phoenix regional turbine center from Scottsdale Airpark to a new facility next to Deer Valley Airport. At 7,500 sq ft, the new facility is twice the size of the Deer Valley building.
Dassault Falcon Service has expanded its maintenance facility at Paris Le Bourget Airport. The 10-month project has added 41,000 sq ft of hangar space, sufficient to accommodate four Falcon 7Xs or seven Falcon 900s simultaneously, and an additional 9,000 sq ft of office and warehouse space.
