ExecuJet South Africa is adding maintenance services at its new FBO at Cape Town International Airport. The company, a subsidiary of ExecuJet Aviation Group, will move into the new ExecuJet Business Centre in October.

According to Aircraft End-of-Life Solutions (AELS) of Delft, Netherlands, economic factors should determine whether an owner sells or disassembles an aircraft. AELS focuses on four goals: maximizing the owner’s revenue, minimizing the burden, sustaining corporate values and minimizing environmental impact.

Constant Aviation has become the first Ohio maintenance facility to receive an FAA Class 4 repair station rating. “This means we can work on any airplane that we want over 12,500 pounds,” said vice president of operations Steve Maiden.

In October, PremiAir will move into a newly refurbished hangar at Oxford Airport near London. PremiAir announced in May a plan to move its fixed-wing maintenance base from company headquarters at Blackbushe Airport in Surrey to Oxford because of lack of growth capacity at Blackbushe and the airport’s relatively short runway.
