Air Nippon Buys 737 Training Aids

Aerosim Technologies is to supplypersonal-computer based flight-management system trainer and virtual flight-deck equipment to Japanesecarrier Air Nippon for its short-haul Boeing 737-700 fleet. The dual-screen trainer unit will allow pilots to conductpre- and in-flight flight management, autopilot, electronic flight instruments and navigation procedures, while the flight-deck device permits viewing and manipulation of panels, controls, indicators and displays.
