FBO Survey

AIN’s FBO Survey asks our reader base to evaluate all FBOs they have visited or had experience with during the prior twelve months. FBOs are evaluated on a scale of 1-10 across five categories: line service, passenger and pilot amenities, facilities and CSRs. The survey is traditionally conducted during the months of December and January and the results are released in the April and May issues of Aviation International News.
