Cabin Door Fell from Challenger 600 after Takeoff

The main cabin door of a Challenger 600 separated from the aircraft, shortly after the business jet departed Opa-locka Airport, Fla. (OPF) for a short VFR flight to Pompano Beach Airpark, Pompano, Fla. (PMP), on May 23.
After declaring an emergency, the pilot and copilot—the only occupants on the jet—landed the aircraft at Fort Lauderdale International Airport (FLL). The 285-pound door landed separately in an empty golf course near Hallendale, Fla.
No injuries occurred as a result of the incident. An examination of the aircraft later revealed a puncture in the pressure vessel near the door frame.

There is no upper case "L" in Opa-locka, a proper name of a city and an airport next to that city
I noticed this error yesterday and would have sworn I had fixed it. Thanks for letting us know.
