For the first time at any Dubai Air Show, the daily flying display is being opened by the United Arab Emirates’ own aeobatic team, Al Fursan (The Knights).
The team flies seven black-and-gold Alenia Aermacchi MB339 NATs, a single-engine jet trainer and light-attack aircraft.
The UAE celebrates its 40th anniversary on December 2.
