• Goodrich accepted terms of a licensing agreement with Honeywell to settle a lawsuit in which Honeywell claimed that Goodrich infringed on EGPWS patents. The deal allows Goodrich to continue selling its own TAWS units while paying licensing fees to Honeywell.
