Bell 407, Malyshkino, Russia, May 10, 2009–The helicopter was substantially damaged when it crashed in the Irkutsk region approximately three kilometers from Malyshkino, Cheremshanka. The accident is being investigated by the Russian government.
Russia’s Interstate Investigation Commission told AIN one pilot and three passengers were on board and all died in the crash, while a report given to the NTSB said the accident killed all nine people on board.
