Company offers sulvaged Gulfstream parts

as acquired three Gulfstream IIs to disassemble and part out. The company also owns a GIV (S/N 1058) fuselage and interior that is about to be parted out.

Norm Hill, who oversees sales and marketing for the company, said its primary business is making economical, serviceable GII, GIII and GIV parts available to operators worldwide.

“We have a large inventory of overhauled, tagged and certified parts and it’s growing rapidly. We’re a significant alternative to the high cost of OEM parts,” Hill told AIN.

The company is in the process of acquiring three more GIIs before the end of the year. They will be sent to the company’s disassembly facility at Mojave Airport, Calif. 818 Aviation also offers Rolls-Royce Spey engines, Honeywell APUs, Grumman thrust reversers and overhauled exchange landing-gear kits. “We’re always in the market for additional aircraft. We’ll go on location and disassemble and tag GII or GIII aircraft parts at a flat rate plus expenses. We’ll also sell them on consignment,” Hill said.
