Completion and Refurbishment: Zenda Leather Moves from Ground to Air

Zenda Leather, well known among automobile and furniture manufacturers for more than 100 years, is growing wings. The Montevideo, Uruguay company–the largest supplier of leather to Audi and second largest to BMW–made a surprise U.S. appearance in September at the NBAA Convention in Atlanta.

According to Juan Diego Casaretto, president of the company’s North American marketing offices, Zenda plans to combine the tough requirements of the automotive industry with the creativity and luxury of the furniture market in its aviation products.
