Helicopter completions specialist Edwards & Associates has opened a 140,000-sq-ft facility on a 34-acre site in northeast Tennessee. The new building, which according to the company can accommodate 100 helicopter completions simultaneously, features a large maintenance and installation hangar, avionics test center, expanded paint shop and training room.
The new location is one of the largest helicopter completions facilities in the country. According to Greg Williams, the company’s president, the new structure was necessary to accommodate the industry’s increased demand for maintenance and completions.
