Industry Perspective: Bell Helicopter

Millman rings in changes in his first year at Bell

At Heli-Expo last year, Richard Millman had been president and CEO of Textron subsidiary Bell Helicopter for barely a month. This time around, he’s fully acclimated at the company.

And now he’s making changes to take Bell into the next decade, having announced a product line rationalization last month that will eliminate the Bell 206B3, 212, 427 and 430 helicopters from the company’s lineup by 2010. HAI Convention News
