Jet Aviation to expand Moscow operation

Jet Aviation announced the signing of a memorandum of understanding with Vnukovo Invest, co-owner of Vnukovo International Airport, to form a joint venture late this year. The joint venture will significantly expand Jet Aviation Vnukovo’s operation next year, when the company moves into a new 32,827-sq-ft maintenance hangar.

It will allow Jet Aviation to expand its overall technical maintenance capabilities and to support other OEMs and their clients in the near future. Jet Aviation is providing business aircraft technical maintenance services at Vnukovo airport in a 10,763-sq-ft dedicated hangar space at Vnukovo-3.

The company is authorized to support Bombardier and Gulfstream aircraft in Vnukovo.
