Korea Grants Certification of the G550

Gulfstream has received type certificate validation from the Civil Aviation Safety Authority of the Republic of Korea for the G550. Operators of the G550 and G500 can now register their aircraft in that country.

In addition, the fleet of G550s and G500s in April surpassed 200,000 total flight hours since the first G550 entered service on Sept. 29, 2003.
