New FBO Planned for Dubai World Central

Palm Aviation, the on-demand flight support provider, has announced plans for a new $12 million FBO at the massive urban aviation development project, Dubai World Central Aviation City. The 80,000-sq-ft facility, slated to be the first FBO at the site, is strategically important because of its location next to the world’s largest airport, and will enable rapid solutions for ground handling flight support needs, said the company.

The Dubai-based company, which is certified to obtain global overflight and landing permits, as well as provide fueling and ground handling, has returned to EBACE this year with representatives at Booth No. 2023.

Palm seeks to move into other international markets from where flights originate to the Middle East, Africa and other Russian and CIS countries, according to company officials.
