New Paris Terminal Opened for Regionals

Air France and Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport on September 8 inaugurated a new terminal designed to consolidate traffic operated by the flag carrier’s three regional subsidiaries and increase handling capacity of flights involving five European countries that do not require passport controls with France.Located east of terminals 2F and 2E, Terminal 2G will serve Air France regional subsidiaries Brit Air, Régional and City Jet for French and European destinations. The €94 million ($141 million) facility can accommodate up to 18 aircraft an hour and three million passengers annually.

Most passengers board or disembark directly at the terminal, where a shuttle service connects with the other terminals every four to five minutes.
