A few years ago, finding an empty hangar at McCarran International Airport in Las Vegas was impossible, but now one of the hangars in the Paradise Aviation complex is available. The Molasky Group started construction on four new hangars in 2007 at McCarran and planned a second phase of three hangars.
The hangar for sale is one of five now on the 10-acre Paradise site, which is leased from the Clark County Airport System, according to Jack Carr, principal at Maxim Hotel Brokerage. “The current owner is a commercial bank that took title and possession of the hangar in February this year,” Carr said.
The property for sale includes a 13,100-sq-ft hangar and 9,000-sq-ft office section with a full bathroom and two half bathrooms. Also included are seven exterior parking spaces and a six-car enclosed garage.
